This fully defined, ready to use formulation contains no serum, protein, or animal derived components, ensuring consistent results and improved safety in research and clinical workflows. CryoShield Gold™ supports the preservation of a wide range of primary cells, stem cells, and established cell lines including CHO, HEK, 3T3, Vero, MCF7, MDCK, and human ESCs or iPSCs. The medium maintains excellent cell viability and attachment after thawing and demonstrates superior performance compared with conventional FBS plus DMSO freezing solutions. It provides dependable cryoprotection while minimizing apoptosis, necrosis, and other freezing related cellular damage.

Caps offer complete sealing for minimal evaporation rate during long-term storage. Center of caps feature membrane for easy puncture and access with a syringe/needle. Once punctured, the opening can be useful for venting internal pressure during heating.
